We are Rocking Delicious, your destination for all things sweet in Safety Harbor, FL. Inside our shop, you’ll find chocolate cases full of handmade truffles, artisan chocolate and fudge. Our shelves are filled with novelties and candies, with special attention to our "memory lane" where you can relive your sweet childhood memories. Our self-serve section offers the possibility to mix and match from over 200 glass jars with colorful bulk candy such as jelly belly, sweet and sour gummies, malt balls, licorice, nonpareils and 85 different flavors of saltwater taffy. We also have a large selection of sugar free, both chocolates and candies, and a wide variety of vegan and organic candy. Our Story

At Rocking Delicious, we believe life is meant to be savored one sweet bite at a time. Founded by Thomas and Hanna Engstrom, our chocolate and candy shop is a dream come true, born out of our love for Safety Harbor, FL, and our passion for creating a place where the community can indulge in gourmet treats. With years of experience in the chocolate and confectionary industry, combined with a strong background in PR and marketing, we set out to design more than just a candy store—we wanted to build a nostalgic, welcoming destination where every visitor can experience the joy of sweetness in an old-fashioned way.
When you step through our doors, you’ll be greeted with the delightful aroma of rich chocolate and the sight of glistening candy jars. Our cases are brimming with handmade truffles, artisan chocolates, and decadent fudge, each crafted with care and attention to detail. Beyond our chocolates, you’ll find shelves lined with a wide selection of candies, including our beloved “memory lane” section—filled with retro favorites that take you back to childhood. One of the highlights of our store is our self-serve section, offering the chance to mix and match from more than 200 glass jars filled with colorful bulk candy. From jelly beans and sweet-and-sour gummies to malt balls, licorice, nonpareils, and an incredible 85 flavors of saltwater taffy, the possibilities are endless. We also take pride in providing options for every lifestyle and preference, with an extensive selection of sugar-free chocolates and candies, as well as vegan and organic sweets that never compromise on flavor.
